Exciting news as we announce our new shirt sponsor for 2019 and 2020. We are delighted to welcome DnD Building Company to our team and look forward to working with them over the next two years. The DnD Building Company is a WA owned and operated company, established in 2009 by brother and sister team Denis Murselovic & Diana Murselovic. Miniroo (6s to 12s) registrations are now open for season 2019. Returning players from 2018 have a Priority Registration Period which will close on Friday February 8th. From February 9th you may lose your place as players from our waiting list will be invited to join, so get online using the following link to Play Football.

All Junior players should have received an email notifying them that our registrations are now live for 2019. Can we please ask you to register at your earliest convenience and before January 31st at the latest.

Fingers crossed the system is in good shape and we can then open Miniroos registrations (6s to 12s) next week. If anyone is having issues registering please contact the club.

Registration for season 2018 is now open for our 6s to 12s. Emails have been sent to all contact addresses with details of fees and deadlines. All registrations have to be completed online via the link https://www.playfootball.com.au/player/player-registration

Our Club packages this year are unchanged at 6s-8s $200, and 9s-12s $220.

Priority registration is open for 2017 members until February 2nd. If you have not registered and paid by February 2nd you may lose your place to those on the waiting list.

For any new applicants. You will be placed on the waiting list and notified immediately a place becomes available.

Dianella Soccer Club would like to remind all 2017 Junior Members that assessments for season 2018 will be held at the following times.

Tuesday 28th November 2017 -All players U12 to U15. Yokine Reserve 5-6.30pm. 

Thursday 30th November 2017 -U16 and U18. Yokine Reserve 5-6.30pm. 

Registrations open from 4.45pm. Can all members please advise our Junior Coordinator of your attendance before 10th November at mariozinni66@gmail.com

Any prospective new players are welcome to attend however priority is given to existing members. Please contact our Junior Coordinator at mariozinni66@gmail.com, ahead of the assessments with your name and date of birth.

Be advised studded boots are not permitted on Yokine Reserve during our off-season. Please also ensure you wear shin pads and have a water bottle for hydration

Football West will adopt a new approach to U12 football from 2018 under the technical direction of Football Federation Australia. All rules for U12 football will be the same as U11 from 2018. The Club Windup & Trophy Presentation is on Sunday 17th September. 1.15pm for a 1.30pm start at Yokine Reserve.  There will be bouncy castles for all, trophies and a free hot dog and drink for all registered players. At this stage we have all of the Juniors information in place and over the coming week we will expand this to Miniroos as well.

If you've been watching the international and national leagues you may have noticed some rule changes to Football. The most visible is related to the ability to pass the ball back immediately at kick off, removing the need for two players in the centre. It's important for all players and supporters to understand these rule changes so feel free to speak to your coach or manager as well as referencing the rules here.

Dianella SC is hosting a 3 hour course, designed for kids aged four to nine years, that is fully practical and encourages coaches to develop practices that are safe, fun an enjoyable.

​

This is a great way to introduce football to newcomers as well as helping existing players to grow their love for the game.

Dianella SC is delighted to report that you can now go online and order your Dianella Soccer Club uniform with Onside Sports (link below).

Alongside the compulsory playing uniform of shorts and socks there can also be found a range of bags, jackets, polo-shirts, headwear and training gear. If you currently own a jacket this can continue to be worn for Season 2017, however all purchases from now will be across the new range. We hope to add other items, such as hoodies, in the near future.

​

Due to uncertainty around the ongoing club-room refurbishment we cannot currently offer uniform distribution, so all orders will have to be picked up in-store and this is the option you should select when checking-out online.

​

Carmel (our Uniform Manager) will be at training on Tuesday 4th April and Thursday 6th April this week (5-7pm) and on Wednesday 5th April from 4.30 until 5.45pm where she will have samples of the ranges for sizing queries. Carmel will also be offering a limited number of Miniroos shorts and socks, Dianella club training kit and padded goal-keeper shorts for sale. These sales will be cash only please

All registrations now have to be completed online for players in the Juniors U12 - U18 fro Season 2017. In order to do so, you simply need to click on the MyFootballClub link below, complete the form, pay and ‘submit’

Please go through the Players Self Registration Guide. This details cost of registration and the steps required to complete your online registration. If you have paid the deposit then please ensure you select package "14s Deposit PAID".

Please note that all players must have their photo uploaded, and any new players to the club must also forward a copy of their birth certificate to the registrar.

​

Please ensure that all relevant questions are answered and details such as address and contact email are up to date when registering. This is crucial as it allows the club to maintain contact with you throughout the season.

Congratulations to everyone for a great season.

Well done the U12 teams who had their first year on the big pitch, they can all hold their heads high playing within the spirit of the game. For a community club the juniors have competed very well.

We have 4 teams that have finished first on ladder. 1 team who finished second. 6 teams playing finals. A great effort by all. Semi finals will be posted on the Sportin Pulse website, this weekend is bye.
